Hi, My sister went to the doctor on the 4th and  they diagnosed her baby (he is due in late January) with Sturge Weber Syndrome. I'm looking for more information and trying to get a general idea of what to expect. Its actually kinda odd because one of my children also has a condition that they say is NOT genetic so I'm trying to get as much information as I can. Anyone have any input, please do share. Thanks so much and I look forward to getting to know you all.

First, congratulations to your sister and to you.

I'm very interested to hear more about your sister and her baby. This is the first case I've heard of diagnosed prior to birth. What doctor and hospital does your sister go to?

Also, what condition does your child have? Is it related to vascular birthmarks?

Please keep us posted on your sister and her baby.
